By purchasing products from Little Shop of Soaps you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Ordering

Orders can be placed through the website by registered member accounts. Each account may be registered to a single individual and all account holders must be 18+. Items will be shipped to the billing address by default. Alternate shipping addresses are permitted but must be added at the time of order.

You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours. A further e-mail will be sent within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Placing an order is legally binding. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see "Cancellations and Returns", below.

Availability

Our products are handcrafted and produced daily. if we cannot complete your order due to lack of stock, we will offer you the choice of an alternative product, a credit note or a refund.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express and Solo cards.

We take all our payments online. We use paypal merchant gateway to provide totally secure processing for credit card transactions.

Delivery

Cancellation and Return

You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it. Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us.

Should you need to return your order to us, it must reach us within 14 working days after the day you received it. Please pack it appropriately and do not remove any items from their plastic hygiene seals. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice. Please note, you will be liable to pay the return postage.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Website

We try hard to replicate the products exactly in photographic form on the website. However, because monitors vary in colour reproduction, the colours displayed on your monitor might differ slightly from the actual colours of the products.

Prices are stated on our website in pounds sterling (£). You will be charged in pounds sterling, paypal will convert this amount into your local currency using their daily exchange rate.

Disclaimer and Liability

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any information given on our website to the extent permitted by law.

We will not be liable to anyone for any loss or damage, that may arise from the use of any of the information displayed on this website or from the impossibility of access to this website. The exclusion of liability as set out in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the products ordered by you or damage to the products when this is caused by an event beyond our control.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new Terms and Conditions on this website.
